Alison Wagner is a passionate marketing and communications expert who creates workflow efficiencies and anticipates needs. She supports the BMWL team to ensure projects are completed at optimum efficiency. Her experience managing marketing campaigns, DTC operations, and executive and administrative responsibilities throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic in the Napa Valley wine industry taught her adaptability and the importance of clear communication across all aspects of a company’s operations.
A Bay Area native deeply influenced by her divorced, gay mother’s dedication to social justice, Alison’s passion for advocacy grew with every protest for fair pay or equal rights she accompanied her mother to. After graduating from college and spending an enlightening summer in Europe, Alison embarked on a career in the wine industry, where the COVID-19 pandemic prompted her to reflect on her true passions. Seeking to align her work with her values, Alison joined BMWL campaigns as a project coordinator.
With a keen interest in Bay Area politics and policy-making, Alison is committed to deepening her knowledge while continuing her advocacy work on behalf of underserved communities. Her favorite quote, “Be the change you want to see in the world,” encapsulates her unwavering dedication to effecting positive change.
